Dimitra Iordanoglou is an Assistant Professor at Panteion University, Department of Communication, Media and Culture. She holds one Ph.D degree on Human Resource Management (Athens University of Economics and Business) and a second one on Group Psychology (University of Manchester, UK). She teaches in the Postgraduate Programmes "Cultural Management" and "New Media and Journalism" at Panteion University, in "Human Resource Management" at Athens University of Economics and Business and as Visiting Lecturer in "Health and Crisis Management" at the University of Peloponnese. She is the author of the books "Human Resource Management in Modern Organizations. New Trends and Practices" and "Leaders of the Future". She has been working as Human Resource Management Consultant for many years (Lilly, Coca Cola Hellas, Eurobank EFG, Eurobank Cards, Dias Publishing Group, National Bank of Greece, Bank of Cyprus, Olympic DDB e.t.c.).
