Dr. Katerina Fraidaki is senior researcher and the eCommerce Coordinator in ELTRUN- The e-business Laboratory of Athens University of Economics and Business. She holds a PhD in the area of eCommerce (in AUEB), a Master in Analysis, Design and Management of Information Systems (in LSE) and a BSc in Marketing and Communication (in AUEB). Since 2011, she is Scientific Coordinator for the annual ecommerce and digital marketing studies and the evaluation of Greek e-shops in ELTRUN. Dr Fraidakis’ studies have been awarded in national and international conferences (2011 and 2013). Since 2018, she is president of board in Greek eCommerce Association (GRECA).
