International Achievement for Executive MBA Students!
- Hits: 235

As an integral part of the Strategy course taught by Professor Vassilis Papadakis, Executive MBA students have the opportunity to apply their knowledge, skills, and experience by participating in the Business Strategy Game, the world’s most popular strategic management simulation.
In the Strategy Game, students are divided into teams, each managing a simulated company. Teams compete over multiple simulated years to determine the overall winner. In December 2022, the team “DeusXMachina” won the Strategy Game among Executive MBA students.
Following this success, the winning team earned the opportunity to compete in the international edition of the competition in Spring 2023, where top teams from universities and business schools around the world participate. The “DeusXMachina” team faced 10 highly skilled international teams from institutions such as George Mason University (USA), University of South Carolina (USA), Universidad de Lima (Peru), Trinity Western University (Canada), and others.
The team, consisting of Konstantinos Theofilogiannakos, Ioannis Kalfagiannis, Orestis Polychronakis, and Giouli Terzi, overcame intense competition and achieved 1st place globally, earning the maximum possible score of 110/110.
Congratulations to the winners!
