Master’s degree is obtained after the successful completion of ten (10) core modules, six (6) electives and the dissertation thesis. Please note that we offer orientation modules prior to the commencement of the program, if desired.

In the first academic year, participants complete nine core mandatory modules offering a comprehensive understanding of modern business. On these core modules, you will enhance your general management and leadership skills and knowledge to deliver the changes needed in your organization and influence strategic decision making at the most senior level.

In the second year, students undertake one more core module and then students choose between elective courses. Electives are aligned with current developments in management and business and give students the chance to focus on certain subject areas to strengthen their current skill set, improve on their weaker areas or focus on the more important areas for their organization. Electives are from different business areas:

• Marketing and communication
• Finance and Accounting
• Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior
• Management Systems and Knowledge Management
• Strategic Management

Thesis is supervised by a member of our academic staff. Students choose the subject that interests them and support it in a three-member Advisory Committee.
