Another Major International Ranking for the Executive MBA of AUEB from Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) 2024

The Executive MBA of the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB) achieved another significant success this year, climbing eight places in Europe — from 58th to 50th position — confirming its commitment to delivering high-quality executive education.

Particular improvements were observed in the areas of Employer Reputation, Diversity, Executive Profile, and Career Outcomes, making the Executive MBA of AUEB a strong choice for executives seeking to develop their leadership and strategic skills.

According to the detailed analysis for each evaluation category:

• Employer Reputation (the program’s standing among employers, based on QS research) improved to 19th place, up from 22nd in 2023.
• Diversity (proportion of female students and faculty, and international students) showed progress, rising to 48th place from 55th. This is especially significant for a Greek-language program, demonstrating efforts to support female executives in the Greek market and women in academia.
• Executive Profile (measuring students’ work experience, particularly at managerial or executive levels) improved to 62nd place, up from 66th.
• Career Outcomes, which measure average salary increases before and after the program and any hierarchical promotions within 12 months of graduation, showed the most notable improvement, rising to 64th place from 69th in 2023.
