In March 2021, the Executive MBA of the Athens University of Economics and Business organized the first in a series of specialized and highly beneficial seminars for its students and alumni. The seminar was led by Mr. Kostas Simatos, and the topic explored was “Stress Management: The Anatomy of Stress and Ways to Manage It.”

About the Instructor, Mr. Kostas Simatos
He is a trainer, seminar instructor, and business consultant specializing in teamwork, leadership, coaching, and personal development. He studied Business Organization and Management at Nottingham Trent University Business School with a specialization in Human Resources and further specialized in the U.S. in using music as a tool for development, therapy, and empowerment of individuals and teams. He has served as an executive and consultant for business and training companies and has conducted seminars for more than 200 companies across 15 countries, with over 50,000 participants attending his seminars.For more than 20 years, he has collaborated with the Athens University of Economics and Business and has been recognized for his contribution to student education.
The seminar attracted significant participation, with 200 students and alumni attending and sharing personal experiences from their professional and personal lives during periods of high stress.
